Anydesk locks up computer when changing windows

A recent storm knocked down a tree at her home location and they had to come out and re-connect the cable for Charter and it seems that the problem started after that, although I cannot say for sure that it was the cause. They have Charter Spectrum internet at both ends. If she closes the window on the session and then re-connects, it seems to be fine. The rdp session will lock up, but not give the normal message that the connection has been broken. Recently, she has started experiencing random freeze ups when using rdp. Both are nearly new machines with Win 10 pro and all the updates that I can find.

I have a small business that I do work for where the owner of the business does all her work from a home office PC which is RDPed to a dedicated PC in the office that only she uses.
